Inputs to browser tools
Image conversion, compression, resizing, PDF creation, text formatting, and similar local utilities process the inputs on your device. These tools do not upload their file or text inputs to a WorkIQ server. Loading the website still makes requests to our hosting provider and, on some pages, external font or JavaScript providers. Those providers receive standard connection information such as your IP address.
AI tools
The six Gemini tools send the text you submit, your API key, and the requested model directly from your browser to Google's Gemini API. WorkIQ's hosting server does not receive those API requests. Google processes them under its own terms and privacy practices. Avoid submitting private or confidential information unless you have checked those terms.
AI keys are now held in the current page's memory and cleared when you reload or close it. When an AI page opens, it removes a key saved by the older WorkIQ implementation from localStorage. You must enter your key again for a new page. AI pages do not load our advertising or analytics scripts.
External requests and device storage
The currency converter requests exchange rates from an external provider. The request sends connection information and the currencies required for the conversion. Rate data can be delayed; verify it before use. Notes, task lists, habits, and some preferences use your browser's localStorage to persist on this device. Clearing site data may delete these records. Shared-device users should not store confidential notes here.
Contact messages
Our contact form sends the name, email address, and message you provide through Formspree. We use the submitted information to respond. The service and email provider handle transmission and storage. Send only information needed to explain your request. You can also email us directly.
Hosting logs
The hosting provider records standard request details such as IP address, requested URL, time, status code, and browser information for operation and security. Server traffic reports may include automated requests as well as people. We do not use these reports to claim a count of verified human visitors.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics” in the footer. If enabled, it collects information about page visits and device/browser usage. We do not configure it to record tool input contents. Use “Turn off analytics” to stop further measurement on this device; this also removes accessible Google Analytics cookies set on this host. Your choice is remembered in localStorage. Existing data already received by Google is not deleted by this switch.
Advertising and consent
WorkIQ uses Google AdSense code on non-AI pages. Ads depend on site approval and availability. Google and its advertising partners may process cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing information to deliver and measure advertising. Our published Google Privacy & Messaging message handles applicable European advertising consent. When available, “Ad privacy choices” in the footer reopens that message. This is separate from our optional analytics switch.

Your choices and requests
You can clear site data in your browser, use the footer privacy controls, and contact us about information you sent to WorkIQ. Applicable access, deletion, correction, or other privacy rights depend on your location and circumstances. For data held directly by an external provider, its own privacy process also applies. We may need information to verify a request before acting on it.
