These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorkIQ ("WorkIQ", "we", "us", or "our") and the website located at https://workiq.xyz (the "Site"), including all free online tools, calculators, converters, and utilities offered on it (the "Tools"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of service

WorkIQ provides browser-based tools intended for general informational and productivity purposes. Many Tools run entirely in your browser. We may add, change, suspend, or remove Tools and features at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
  • Introduce malware, scrape the Site at scale, or interfere with its normal operation;
  • Use the Tools to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content;
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Site for the purpose of building a competing service in violation of applicable law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any data, text, or files you enter into the Tools. Because most Tools process input locally in your browser, WorkIQ does not claim ownership of, and generally does not receive, that content. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for ensuring you have the rights to do so.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and underlying code, is owned by WorkIQ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Tools for personal and commercial purposes, but you may not copy, redistribute, or republish the Site itself or substantial portions of it without permission.

6. No professional advice

The Tools and their results are provided for general information only and do not constitute professional advice. This includes, without limitation, financial, tax, legal, medical, or health advice (for example, results from loan, mortgage, BMI, or calorie calculators). Always verify important results and consult a qualified professional before relying on them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Advertising and third-party services

The Site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense, and may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with advertisers and third-party sites are solely between you and them. 10. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Site in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the operator's location, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
