WorkIQ brings common work tasks into one place: turning scans into a PDF, resizing an attachment, counting words, formatting JSON, or preparing a printable invoice. Open a tool when you need it and download or copy the result.

What you can use

The current directory contains 66 utilities. WorkIQ does not charge for the interfaces or require a WorkIQ account. The six Gemini tools require your own Google API key, and Google controls model availability, usage limits, and any API charges.

How processing works

File tools such as Image to PDF, Image Resizer, and Image Compressor process files in your browser. Basic text tools also work locally. AI tools send submitted text to Google's Gemini API. Currency conversion uses an external rate provider. Contact messages go through Formspree. The privacy page explains these differences.

A clearer standard for tools

A tool name should describe what the tool actually does. In September 2026 we retired 44 generic pages whose labels implied services such as crawling or plagiarism detection that they did not perform. We replaced the planning use case with one manual worksheet and relabeled the Unicode cleaner to describe its actual behavior.

Generated output and calculations can contain errors or depend on assumptions. Check results against your task, particularly when numbers, legal documents, or important decisions are involved. AI output requires your review.

How WorkIQ is funded

WorkIQ aims to support free utilities through advertising. Google AdSense availability depends on approval and ad serving conditions. Advertising never changes a calculation or a tool's result.
