The problem we set out to fix

Every day, millions of people need to do simple tasks — convert an image to PDF, write a quick invoice, build a resume, check keyword density, or format a JSON response. The tools for these tasks exist, but most of them have serious problems: they require account creation, demand file uploads to unknown servers, show intrusive ads between every step, or lock useful features behind a subscription paywall that costs more than the task is worth.

WorkIQ was built to cut through all of that. One place, 47 tools, no signup, no uploads, no cost. Open the tool, do the task, close the tab. That is the entire workflow.

Our mission

WorkIQ's mission is to make professional-grade productivity tools available to everyone, equally. A freelancer in Lagos, a student in Manila, and a developer in Berlin should all have access to the same high-quality tools — without needing a paid subscription or handing their files to a third party. The web platform makes that possible, and browser-based JavaScript makes it private by design.

We measure success by one metric: how quickly you can finish your task and get back to real work. A tool that requires three sign-up screens, an email verification step, and a pricing page comparison has already failed at its core job.

How WorkIQ works — privacy by architecture

Every tool on WorkIQ runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and the HTML5 APIs that your browser already ships with. When you convert an image to PDF, the image data never leaves your device — it is read by the browser's FileReader API, processed by the jsPDF library, and saved directly to your Downloads folder. When you format JSON, your data never touches a server. When you generate a password, it is created in your browser's local memory and never transmitted or logged anywhere.

This is not a marketing claim — it is the architecture. WorkIQ has no file-processing backend. There is no server receiving your uploads, no database storing your invoice details, no analytics platform logging your resume content. Your work stays yours, completely.

How the site is funded

WorkIQ is free to use and supported by Google AdSense display advertising. Ads appear in non-intrusive banner positions and are kept away from tool input and output areas so they don't interfere with your task. Your data is never shared with advertisers — tools run entirely in your browser, and ad networks only see standard browser signals like IP address and browser type, the same signals received by any website you visit.

Keeping WorkIQ ad-supported rather than subscription-based is a deliberate choice: it means every tool stays accessible to everyone, regardless of budget, geography, or payment method.
